Rachel Gravely, QMHP, serves as HR and Marketing Coordinator at Tandem Behavioral Health. She brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, workforce development, and human services.

Throughout her career, Rachel has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Administrator for assisted living programs, Case Manager and Skill Building Specialist, Director of Mental Health Skill Building, and Administrative Director for community-based mental health services. At Tandem, she oversees marketing, outreach, branding, and HR operations—supporting the organization’s mission of promoting growth through healing.
